Next, click the Share icon on the top right. A window will appear with a field to enter email. Type the recipient’s email address here. Press the Tab key after typing the address.
You can also write a message if needed. Then, click Send to share the file link. The receiver will get an email with a clickable link. By opening the link, they can play or download the audio easily.
Google Drive is free and safe for file sharing. It is great when your audio file is larger than 25 MB.
Email Audio Files Using OneDrive
OneDrive is another easy way to email big files. First, go to onedrive.com. Log in using your Microsoft email ID and password.
Now, click the Upload button at the top of the screen. Choose the Files option from the drop-down list. Select your audio file from your device. You can also drag the file directly into OneDrive window.
Wait for your audio file to upload completely. When the upload is done, click on the file. This will select the file and highlight it. Then click on the Share button at the top left.
A window will open with sharing options. Choose the Email option. Type in the email address of the person you want to send to. Press the Tab key to confirm the address.
Click Share to send the link to the email. The person will receive a message with a clickable link. They can click View in OneDrive to access the file. They can also play or download the audio easily.

Email Audio Files Using iCloud Drive
iCloud Drive is perfect for Apple users. First, go to icloud.com and log in. Use your Apple ID and password to access your iCloud account.
Click on the iCloud Drive icon on the homepage. Now, click the cloud icon with an arrow pointing up. This is the upload button for files.
Choose your audio file and click Open to upload. You can also drag and drop files into the window. Once the upload is complete, double-click the audio file to open it.
Look at the top of the browser window. The URL shown in the address bar is your file link. Click the URL once to select it. Right-click the selected link and choose Copy from the menu.
Now, open your email provider like Gmail or Yahoo. Create a new email and paste the copied URL in the body. Add a recipient’s email address and a subject line.
